Sometimes people do a lot of evil in the name of religion without actually realising that what they are doing is wrong and not what the religion teaches.
Yeah. Faith walks a dangerous line. I believe once someone’s convictions are deeply rooted in their faith they are susceptible to believing they are justified in anything they do as long as it’s for their faith.
Scary thinking about how that can happen to anyone.
Yeah a lot of normal seeming people become extreme about their faith. Definitely very scary.
The higher power I believe in is a deity of love and forgiveness.
