DO YOU KNOW THE SPEED OF BLOOD?
Blood flow in arteries ranges from 4.9 – 19 cm/sec whilst blood in our veins ranges from 1.5 – 7.1 cm/sec.
Also, an adult heart is said to pump approximately 5 litres of blood per minute at rest.
WE SEE EVERYTHING IN THIRTY – SIXTY FRAMES PER SECOND (30 – 60 FPS)
I don’t know, I think that’s a fascinating piece of useless trivia that you should hear about.
CINDERELLA’S MAGIC SYSTEM DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE
So, hold on. Everything from the carriage to Cinderella’s dress reverts back to its original form when midnight strikes. Everything but the shoe? The super glass shoe stays the same. Super contrived and lazy if you ask me.
Might as well call the story “The Glass Shoe” because we now know who the true main character is.
NO ONE ACTUALLY KNOWS WHEN TO CALL A LANDMASS AN ISLAND OR NOT
People will tell you that an island needs to be surrounded by water. It (the island) needs to be able to sustain life (plants and animals) — and if it can’t, it’s just a rock. They’ll tell you that there’s no definitive scale for anyone to begin calling a landmass an ‘Island’.
To be an island, the landmass needs to be “entirely surrounded by water” but it needs to be “smaller than a continent” — real specific there Britannica.
So I can’t call continents “islands” because continents are bigger than islands
And I can’t call islands “continents” because islands aren’t as big as continents.
Oh, I forgot we’re at a party. Can someone please pass me the champagne?
AHH YES, ‘OBVIOUS’ COLOUR NAMES.
The colour you see when you open your eyes in a dark room isn’t “black” you uncultured swine; it’s “Eigengrau” —broadly identified as #16161d.
Literally, everyone knows that.
