Death Defying Scripts.

Choosing to love and cherish those around us,

Despite knowing how it all ends?

Now that’s one big middle finger to death

If I’ve ever seen one.

  1. Well. Choosing to not love/be loved due to knowing the ending… is sort of like skipping the whole middle part. Like not eating because in the end you die. Like not enjoying life because in the end you die. Like not getting out of bed or opening your eyes or creating or talking or living… because in the end you die. Misses the entire point of BEING ALIVE, I’d say. Sure, we get hurt or sick or distressed or burned or betrayed… but those things are really minor in comparison to all the wonderful beautiful things, like love.

  2. I like your blog post. Let me see if I get the main points.

If I’ve ever seen one, it’s one big middle finger to death, says Arthur Henri . Choosing to love and cherish those around us, chooses to choose to love .

I believe those are the key points, did I miss any?
    Thank you,

    1. Thank you so much for the comment Curt; I appreciate it. I believe you got the main points ✨

One small correction though lol Arthur Henri is the name of the artist who drew the picture in the post. The poem itself is by me (O.D.) 😃
