You, me — or whoever else
Could pour their hearts out on paper,
Tears trickling, dripping, merging with the ink —
Mixing, forming depictions closely resembling,
An impromptu Rorschach test.
And when we think we’ve said all we can
With no inhibitions. We look around us and see
That no one cares —
Hell, no one even noticed.
And you know what ….
There’s something morbidly hilarious about that.

I think it is such a revelation to understand no one cares really. Just a few who are super close. And in that there is freedom and peace. If that makes sense.
You’re right. I remember when I still cared what people thought of me. When I learnt not to (due to some events) it felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Freedom and peace indeed.
😊
Oohhhhh I love this.
Thank you Tara ❤
I appreciate the re-blog too 🙂
