Ours is a world
That does not need you
To understand.

There are layers to this micro poem some will fully uncover. At least I hope they do; always happy to find like minds.
I’ll be touching on one of the layers below:
Understanding. Be okay with not understanding a writer in your household or direct vicinity. Be okay with accepting the fact that our complexity is not a gimmick, it’s who we are. In truth, we’re not complex at all; we’re just difficult to categorize. We become complex when you try to understand us through our functions (don’t). And why would you even try to categorize a writer, let alone people in general? What sick games are you playing?
Be in the moment. Have a conversation with us without having to try your hardest to connect dots as to why we do the things we do.
We’re not your puzzle to solve.
We do not need fixing.
Fix yourself.
The sooner you accept that, the better we’ll get along.
(But that’s just one writer’s thoughts…)
My parents probably told me this in some form or another over my childhood years. I was and still am a curious person.😉

Curiosity certainly fills our pool of knowledge 🙂 . Lol my friend often buts heads with me over asking me too many questions though.
Be in the moment. that is the key…..my horse is always ‘in the moment’. Horses don’t waste time in yesterday or tomorrow. They are now. Horses do not try to analyze us or interpret us. They just know. This is a really interesting post O.D. I shall think more on’t.
Thank you Anne 🙂
Your micro poem is beautiful in its simplicity. It hides deep meaning in your well-chosen few words…
Thank you 🙂
I went to Africa, Asia and Europe. They don’t want USA help. They must fix themselves. Outsiders cause problems, don’t fix them. Same with us.
I enjoy your micro poems.
